Getting There

Parking and transport – Geelong Arena

The Geelong Arena is situated four kilometres from Geelong CBD and 74 kilometres from Melbourne.
Located adjacent to North Geelong Railway Station (Melbourne-Geelong-Warrnambool line) on Princes Highway (Melbourne Road).

Address: Wadawurrung Country, 110 Victoria Street, North Geelong Vic 3215.

Car
50 minutes (or 74 kilometres) from Melbourne Central Business District (CBD).

Parking
The Arena within its boundaries has 103 well lit car parking spaces. There are in excess of 500 spaces on street and in V/Line car parks surrounding the venue also.

Multiple accessible parking spaces are available within Arena Baxter Road car park with additional one available within Arena Victoria Street car park. There is also four on street accessible parking spaces at the end of Victoria Street.

Bus
There are a number of bus stops located around the Venue. View these web pages for more information and find the most appropriate stop for you:

Train
Situated directly opposite the North Geelong Railway station, 50 minutes from Southern Cross Station Melbourne.

By taxi
There are currently no formal taxi ranks located at the Geelong Arena.

Taxis can be booked at any time by phoning Geelong Taxi Network: 131 008.

Pick up point is generally at front entrance, 110 Victoria Street opposite train station.

By bicycle
There are currently limited bike racks available at Baxter Road entrance. Bicycles are not permitted inside The Geelong Arena however we do encourage this mode of transport. 

Patrons are required to supply their own lock. The Geelong Arena Centre Management are not responsible for any loss or damage to bicycles secured on site.

Accessibility for all
The Arena is an accessibility friendly venue’ and complies with all accessibility anti-discrimination legislation. The venue has an elevator to enable movement between floors with accessible seating and toilets facilities available. There are no obstacles for wheelchairs entering or leaving the building

Safety at the Expo

COVID safe plan and practices are in place for the event with the COVID-19 situation being monitored continuouosly and risk management responses and COVID safe plans adjusted accordingly.

If you have symptoms conducive with COVID-19 (e.g. fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or headache), you must not enter the Expo.
